When they arrive at their vacation spot, Matt and his family discover that a mysterious monster has been terrorizing the lake and making it impossible to go swimming. They decide to have a closer look. The Agency van turns into a submarine and our heroes plunge into the watery depths…

Matt’s grades are getting worse and worse. Ellen and Bruce take drastic measures: no more monster hunting until further notice! Matt has to stay home and study hard to improve his test scores. But a mysterious companion disturbs his efforts…

A mysterious monster comes out of the faucet and attacks Matt while he’s in the tub. Ellen thinks Matt is just trying to find a way to get out of taking a bath! When Ellen hears reports of other attacks in Joliville, the Agency gets involved, but the monster escapes. To protect the people of Joliville, the water is cut off throughout the city…

But that’s nothing in comparison to what is awaiting the Agency: a mold monster is attacking the store Joliville’s garbage is up in arms!

An enormous trash monster is spreading terror among the citizenry and the garbage men. Will the Averages, skilled sorters that they are, manage to stop the creature and restore tidiness to the city?

Manson, Matt, and their friend Sonia are going to visit a huge aquarium. When they get there, the find the guards paralyzed as if in a hypnotic trance! When even the sheriff is hypnotized, there’s no more room for doubt: a monster is hiding among the fish in the aquarium… so the Monster Agency decides to do a little deep-sea fishing!

The cars of Joliville are breaking down one after the other. It turns out the motor oil is the favorite food of the latest monster to attack the city. The Monster Agency must protect the last garage in town (that still has oil) from the ravenous creature.

During a perfectly normal monster hunt, Matt, Bruce, Dink, and Manson awaken a sleeping Gagab. The monster, who normally hibernates underground twelve months a year, is blinded by rage and begins to plunder the town. He has to be stopped, but how? He has to go back to sleep, which is no easy task for a Gagab once he’s awake…
