Garza’s unit gets roped into a complicated kidnapping case involving a forbidden relationship between two rival drug-dealing gangs. Meanwhile, Simone’s love life is heating up; Laura comes face-to-face with her past, and Carter tries to reconnect with his wife.
To Die For (II)
When the team splits up to question a suspect’s father, Simone and Laura discover critical information on how their abusive relationship is connected to the crimes. Following this lead, the team heads to Tucson to save the suspect’s newest target. Meanwhile, sparks fly with Laura and her former colleague, Mark Atlas, as they debate the killer’s motive The crossover starts on The Rookie S05E04 The Choice (I).
Felicia
Simone and Carter get trapped in the tropics while hunting down a suspect on the run. Simone’s unexpected meet-cute with Dina throws a wrench into Cutty’s love life, and Elena’s high-end fashion splurge cracks open an unsolved murder mystery.
The Reaper
When Simone and Carter go undercover to find an international assassin known as The Reaper, a prisoner seeking bail recognizes Carter and nearly blows his cover. Laura and Brendon trace a lead on The Reaper’s assault rifle while Brendon works to heal his relationship with his father. Meanwhile, Simone’s demanding work schedule puts a strain on her relationship with Dina.
Countdown
While searching for a missing scientist in the Angeles National Forest, Simone and Carter uncover an eco-terrorist’s plans to detonate dirty bombs across the city. Meanwhile, Brendon taps into his own profiling tactics to find the perfect birthday gift for Laura.
Standoff
After a father and daughter are kidnapped on Thanksgiving, the team discovers a hostage situation involving police deputies. When the gunmen offer an exchange for the hostages, Simone is sent undercover by Garza, and Lopez arrives to help rescue Wesley. Meanwhile, Laura and Brendon search for a nanny cam that could reveal the identity of the kidnapper.
Flashback
When Garza’s character comes into question, Simone and team develop their own covert operation to support their boss
The Silent Prisoner (II)
A mysterious caller threatens to reveal a leaked list of undercover FBI agents if a prisoner is not released; Simone enlists John Nolan to help her remodel Cutty’s garage into a living space. The crossover starts on The Rookie S05E10 The List (I).
Close Contact
After a failed assassination attempt involving a bomber, Congressman Damien Roberts hires Garza’s team for protective detail while Brendon and Laura begin investigating potential suspects. Later, Damien and Simone rekindle their romantic relationship, and Brendon advances his relationship with Antoinette.
Out for Blood
As the unit investigates a murder victim whose body has been drained of blood, the gruesome case catches the attention of a true crime show, and Brendon shares his “Vampire Cop” expertise to help solve the case.

Not suprising. Hollywood adds more diversity characters for diversity sake. As if cop shows in general are not inaccurate enough _(at least they try to look realistic from proper appearance, fake legal jargon, well acted fight scenes, etc)_, let's take an uprofessional but seemingly "think-outside-the-box" type of character of a Female FBI agent from a good series _(yeah because we must have minorities in everything. Not that it's a problem necessarily)_ and make her even less professional (in appearance, roles, behaviour, etc) and remove the unique thinking aspect but then even hypersexualise her appearance more _(appreciate the irony of female empowerment supposedly criticising the idea of women being valued for traits outside their looks, while forcefully focusing on looks over other traits in supposed empowered female character)_. Then degrade all other supporting characters. At this point, it's suggestable to just ditch new Hollywood shows all together.
Well you know it's woke because Strong Black Female Lead (SBFL) walks around spouting off woke talking points in a way that's only a little removed from a speech... ... while being the bestest ever and putting evil men in their place easily and by that I mean that I mean she does it all without breaking a sweat while showing up the more experienced agents And while SBFL is doing all that everyone around her just talks about how beatiest she is, never missing an opportunity to praise her as the bestest of the bestest while pointing out her diversity in the few moments she fails to. But given everything that's coming out about the FBI in the news, having am ultra woke Fed is pretty realistic, the only thing that seems out there is the fact that the FBI actually takes on crime instead of parents and political enemies of the left. At the end of the day though, you've seen this before, it's like all the other shows exactly like it that put politics over plot
This is a spin-off series from 'The Rookie'. The central character in this series was introduced mid-way through season 2 of the Rookie... and we get a lot of backstory on her and why she joined the FBI. Both 'The Rookie' and The Rookie: Feds' are excellent entertainment. They are not even slightly realistic in the way, either the LAPD or The FBI would be run or their processes... but that isn't the point. They are TV show and very entertaining, with great story lines, humour, drama and twists. Thankfully, they have renewed The Rookie for a Season 4. I hope we don't need to wait too long for it. What's the future for The Rookie: Feds?... dunno and don't really care. I'll watch it if it is renewed, but wouldn't Miss it if it isn't. I would miss The Rookie!!
