New York in the 90s was amazing. So when the people of the sitcom making business wanted to make another comedy show, they wanted to have the setting in that city. And thus, Friends was born! Another US sitcom that spanned a whole decade, and one of the top 10 best comedy series. I dare ya to watch one episode and not laugh even in one scene! From iconic quotes like "How you doin'?" to "Oh my God!" and of course "WE WERE ON A BREAK!", to every witty banters at the gang's local coffee shop and Joey and Chandler's dynamic friendship. Friends is by far the best sitcom in the 90s!

**Friends: A Timeless Comedy with a Bittersweet Note** Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Friends" remains an enduring masterpiece of comedy, weaving laughter and heart into the fabric of our lives. The recent loss of Matthew Perry adds a poignant layer to the show's legacy. His portrayal of Chandler Bing brought joy to millions, and his absence is deeply felt. Let's cherish the timeless humor he contributed to this iconic series. 🛋️❤️ #Friends #MatthewPerry https://mustwatchtvseries.xyz/actor/222178/matthew-perry

Friends is perfectly crafted for singles. Anecdote: Friends was made because there was only absurd Happy Days and there was nothing better. They hated this show with Fonzie, the main absurd character who mindlessly got all the dates, while the rest of the cast were a bunch of dimwit incels. They wanted something better. Friends is a perfectly crafted sitcom using clever psychological tools. The cast’s baby faces never showed their real age, keeping everyone looking forever young. Writing entertains nonstop with subtle psychological layers and entertaining unique characters. Structural psychology: jumps straight into a sketch before the intro to inject instant good vibes, no waiting. Ends with a post-credits sketch that leaves viewers happy instead of sad and empty after credits. Uses a real uplifting good mood song (“I’ll Be There for You”) instead of generic music. Episode titles starts with “The One Where…” or “The One With…”, creating friendly intimate “inside the group” feel. Core psychological goal: Built as emotional comfort for young singles after breakups. It sells the optimistic idea that “there’s always another chance” at love, while omitting that in real life chances are limited. Teens in high school with only first love often don’t understand why everyone is single or why it normalizes promiscuous sex as facetous. It’s not a conspiracy to promote debauchery, it’s targeted psychological aid for the millions depresed from first heartbreaks and forced single/incel lifestyle. That hidden healing purpose made it a worldwide phenomenon. Singles love Friends world wide. P.S. If you like Friends, watch also Coupling and Game On. Two excellent comedy series about male & female coupling that are more edgy and raw, because made in UK, instead of polished and safe Friends.
